Facilities teams ultimately live with a faucet much longer than the designer who specifies it, which makes service access a serious selection criterion. This automatic model should be installed so the power source, control components, supply connections, and filtration points can be reached without dismantling surrounding finishes. That may sound basic, yet it has a major influence on lifecycle cost when multiple fixtures are deployed across a property. Combined with hands-free activation, a service-conscious installation makes this a sensible option for commercial environments prioritizing dependable operation over unnecessary complexity.

In day-to-day operation, the BathSelect Automatic Sensor Faucet (BS1099MD) showed the kind of consistency commercial buyers look for when specifying touchless or sensor-driven restroom fixtures. The operating performance is strong from a technical standpoint: the sensing window activates quickly, shutoff timing is controlled, and water delivery remains consistent. The commercial finish package works especially well in projects where both corrosion resistance and visual presentation matter. Installation is straightforward with familiar connection points, and the internal layout is serviceable enough that maintenance teams can troubleshoot or access components without wasting time. That matters for lifecycle cost as much as first-day appearance. A big positive was BathSelect’s customer service. The team gave practical guidance during setup and helped clarify product details quickly, which is valuable when a project schedule is tight. Overall, this is a strong option for buyers searching for a durable touchless faucet with a premium finish, stable sensor activation, and better lifecycle value in high-traffic restroom applications. As a Building Engineer, earlier faucets failed quickly under heavy use. This BathSelect unit has held up without sensor degradation or leaks. Build quality is solid and suited for commercial duty.

Very nice Commercial Faucet with Manual Soap Dispenser. It's hard to find sensor faucet with manual soap dispensers! We have got to know about Bath Select Chrome Infrared faucets from our local commercial contractor for my new apartments they helped us in ordering. Installation went well and this is a quality unit. It looks beautiful and so modern. Highly recommended
